2023: Launched Horizon Feed, driving an end-to-end redesign of Quest’s discovery landing experience in-headset with a team of designers. Horizon Feed is Quest’s go-to for helping people find VR and MR content relevant to their passions and interests. This was a crash course in executive-level leadership reviews. Later, in 2024, I helped bring creator content to Horizon Feed.

2024: Launched “Direct join,” a feature enabling people to join their friends wherever they are in Horizon Worlds in Quest, if they have shared their location. This project involved a great deal of problem-solving for partially unprecedented privacy and security considerations, as we designed ways for people to teleport directly into embodied social virtual destinations.

2024: Launched Meta Quest Gallery, enabling Quest users to sync media from their headset to their Meta Horizon profile online, making sharing way easier for people and creators. I was also a part of many camera and core utility updates on Quest, like allowing people to upload spatial videos, or livestream their gameplay to Facebook.
